Discover Thailand off the beaten path

Have you have visited Thailand before and already seen the classic destinations? Perhaps you have special interests or simply want to see the authentic Thailand without meeting many tourists. Then you are in good hands with ‘off the beaten path’.

How about a trip to the Northeast? Highlights include ancient Khmer temples, the Mekong River, national parks, very friendly people and delicious food – all of which can be found in the Isaan region off the usual tourist trails.

A tour from Bangkok to the northwest visiting Tak, Mae Sarian, Mae Hong Sorn as far as Chiang Mai is a great experience for nature lovers. This is a mountainous region with beautiful scenery.

If you plan a beach holiday in the south, to reach your destination you could take a 3 – 7 day overland tour instead of an hour long flight. Attractions on route could include Kanchanaburi, Phetchaburi, Hua Hin, Sam Roi Yodh National Park, Chumpohn, Khao Sok National Park and much more.
