Terms of Use

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Unless otherwise specified, all bookings are made through the Sri Siam Holidays head office in Bangkok.

To submit a booking, please send an email to info@thailand-trips.pl. The following information is required:

– full name
– contact numbers & e-mail address
– the scanned passports of all participants
– travel dates, flight numbers (arrival and departure times)
– requested services
– number of persons traveling together (children and/or infants if any – the exact date of birth if below the age of 12 years)

We will proceed with the booking and will respond to your request and inquiries within two to five working days, informing you about the status of your booking. We will then issue the final confirmation invoice together with our terms & conditions and the payment methods available.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION:

Deposit:  20 % of the total price

Full Payment: 28 days prior to arrival.

Full payment deadlines may vary based on seasonality. Holiday periods such as Christmas and New Year may have earlier deadlines.

Cancellation: Once a partial or full payment has been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation to cancel@thailand-trips.pl including your reservation number, full name and date of travel.

Cancellation penalties apply to packages and/or services as indicated below:

Up to 31 days prior to arrival:  10% of cost
30 to 15 days prior to arrival:  20% of cost
14 to 7 days prior to arrival:  up to 50% of cost
6 to 1 day prior to arrival:  50% – 100% of cost
No show:  100% of cost

Flight-tickets for Low Cost Airlines and some promotion rates for other airlines have special cancellation charges and refund policies, as the tickets are issued after the booking is confirmed. Train-tickets are issued immediately after the reservation is confirmed; they are not refundable and not exchangeable.

CHILD POLICY

The following reductions and offers apply for children below the age of 12 years and for infants below the age of 2 years – at the time of travel.

Hotel only bookings
Infants: Free of charge including breakfast when sharing bed with parents.
First child: Free of charge when sharing bed with parents, breakfast will be charged at the special child rate. If a bed is required the extra bed rate will be charged.
Second child: Charged rate for extra bed, breakfast is included unless otherwise stated.

Transfers & excursions
Infants: Free of charge
Children: 30% reduction

Packages
Infants: Free of charge when sharing bed with parents
Children: 30% discount when sharing bed with parents.
Children requesting an extra bed will receive the standard triple reduction as mentioned in our proposals.

INSURANCE

Customers should ensure that they have appropriate insurance cover.
The insurance cover should provide complete coverage against unexpected cancellation charges, journey delays, medical costs that might be incurred while traveling overseas, loss of money, or belongings, and personal liability claims.
